I created this site to provide a platform to share weight-loss info, diet info, health info, cooking tips, and diet tips. I am a certified nutritionist and a passionate advocate for positive health. Additionally, I am passionate about nutrition because, frankly, I LOVE food! My inspiration comes from a desire to focus on the preventative side of health, understanding that food is a cornerstone of true wellness and a vibrant lifestyle.
